Crafted Menus for Every Occasion

Display Trays

Caprese: Hand made mozzarella, fresh basil, heirloom tomato. Upgrade with cured meats, asiago crisps and homemade ricotta.
Asian: Thai noodle salad, Kung Pao Brussels sprouts, grilled sesame asparagus, pickled daikon, Asian fruit and bok choy. Upgrade with beef tenderloin or seafood.
Poached Salmon: Whole salmon, dill sauce, capers, red onion.
American: House cured pastrami, cheese and crackers, deviled eggs, asparagus and fruit. Upgrade with smoked salmon or beef tenderloin.

Salad

Toasted farro, with spicy orange dressing, eggplant and baby arugula.
Roasted beets, Chard and mustard greens, house-made goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette.
Whole wheat orzo, baby kale, heirloom tomato, radicchio, and fresh basil balsamic.
Quinoa, blanched broccoli, grilled portobello, lemon thyme dressing.
